Haley is an Online Coach fon Toronto and is now based in Melbourne where she is studying toward a Masters of Clinical Psychology.

She has competed in both powerlifting and bodybuilding and is constantly trying to explore and grow in her own athletic pursuits.

Her coaching approach is from a holistic, evidence-based and person-centred approach to helping others to improve their well-being via the health and fitness medium.
